The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of foods on offer. The staff were friendly and helpful and we felt at home. Il Tesoro is more of a boutique hotel and is decorated with many excellent Art works of a significant quality, hence the term Sm”ART” Suite in its name. Our room was very quiet. It was a great base to visit the many cultural attractions of Naples including Pompeii.

Marta, at the front desk, was fantastic. She helped me with taxi arrangements for after the Opera and texted with me at around midnight to make sure I made it back safely. She helped me with Pompei train and tour tickets as well as taxi transport to the airport. She also suggested very good restaurants. She made navigating Naples easy. The hotel location is ideal and very clean and neat.

Location was very convenient. Staff was excellent and went out of their way to get rooms ready when we arrived early. Also very helpful whenever we needed taxis. One room for our group was fairly small but the second was quite spacious and both were spotless with excellent amenities.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Good shower, nice toiletries and plenty of towels. The breakfast was lovely, with a good choice and always being replenished. We made use of the communal area to meet up for a drink before heading out. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was very spacious, well-furnished and with a very comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious with fruit, eggs, cheese, bread, cereals, coffee and lots of sweet options. The hotel is modern and chic, with original artworks on the walls. Overall, this is an oasis of calm and cleanliness in the chaotic and decadent centre of Naples.

Lovely rooms in a super central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but available. The bathroom and room were clean and comfortable.

Everything was amazing. Marta is a gem. She helped us so many times and even helped my son get me flowers delivered for my birthday while I was here. The rooms are very nice, great bathrooms, quiet, staff is amazing, breakfast was very good. Close to transportation and lots of places to eat. The rail is near by. We walked everywhere. Hopefully we can come back soon. We had a marvelous time for first time European travelers.

The room was very clean and the location was amazing! Marcella was amazing - she provided us with the list of recommendations of what to visit, what to see and where to eat. She recommended us some tours to do as well - and the tour was wonderful! The entire staff members were very friendly and helpful making sure that we enjoy our stay. Even though the reception closes at 4 pm, we could always reach out to staff over WhatsApp for any questions. We enjoyed our stay and the perfect location of this hotel helped us explore Naples more!

The rooms exceeded our expectation with everything needed for a short stay. The location was excellent right right in the heart of spaccanapoli touristic historic center. We had a great walk through spaccanapoli to via toleda shopping street. A great way to explore the area. Would reccomend

Rooms are very spacious, very clean with all the amenities needed. Staff is amazing and very helpful, great breakfast if you’d like a break from tradicional italian breakfast. (Don’t be scared by the entrance!)
